1. What is the legal act that governs the processing of your personal data?

Your personal data are collected and processed pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, p. 1), commonly referred to as: GDPR. To the extent not regulated by the GDPR, the processing of personal data is governed by the Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

On our website we offer many different services and therefore, based on legal grounds, different personal data are processed.

6. Automated decision-making (including profiling):

We do not collect data by automated means, including profiling.

7. Will we transfer your personal data outside the EEA or to an international organisation?

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.

8. What rights do you have in relation to our processing of your personal data?

On the basis of the GDPR you have the right to:

  • demand access to your personal data,
  • demand to have your personal data rectified,
  • demand to have your personal data erased,
  • demand restriction of processing of your personal data,
  • object to processing of your personal data,
  • demand data portability. If you submit any of the above-mentioned requests to us, we will inform you without undue delay, within one month of receiving your request, of the action taken. If necessary, we may extend the one-month period by another two months due to the complexity of the request or the large number of requests. In any case, you will be informed within one month of receipt of the request about the extension of the time limit and the reason for the delay.

Right of access to personal data (Art. 15 of the GDPR):

You have the right to be informed if we process your personal data. If they are processed, you have the right:

  • of access to personal data,
  • to obtain information about the purposes of the processing, categories of processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, the envisaged period for which your personal data will be stored, the criteria used to determine that period, the rights your are entitled to under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the source of the data, information about automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as safeguards used in connection with the transfer of the data outside the European Union;

8.2. Right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR):

If your personal data are incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request to have them rectified or completed without delay. In this case, please send your request to the following address: centrala@ray.pl.

8.3. Right to erasure, the so-called ‘right to be forgotten’ (Art. 17 of the GDPR) You have the right to demand the erasure of your personal data when:

  • your personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • you have withdrawn consent on which the processing of your personal data was based,
  • your personal data have been unlawfully processed,
  • you have objected to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing,
  • you have objected to the processing of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or the processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party.

Despite the request to have the personal data erased, we can continue processing your personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims of which you will be informed. If you wish to have your personal data erased, please submit your request to: centrala@ray.pl.

8.4. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 17 of the GDPR)

You have the right to demand restriction of processing of your personal data where:

  • you contest the accuracy of your personal data - in such a case we will limit the processing for a period enabling to verify the accuracy of the data;
  • the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you, instead of their erasure, request the restriction of their processing;
  • your personal data are longer needed for the purposes of the processing, but they are required for the establishment, exercise or defence of your legal claims,
  • you have objected to processing of your personal data pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override the grounds specified in your objection.

8.5. Right to object to the processing of your personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, with regard to:

  • the processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or the processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the personal data controller or a third party;
  • the processing for the purposes of direct marketing.

8.6. Right to personal data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR):

You have the right to receive from us your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller. By default, we will provide your personal data in CSV format. If you prefer to receive the data in another format, please indicate your preferred format in your request. Where possible, we will try to provide you with the data in your preferred format. You may also request that we transfer your personal data directly to another controller (if technically possible). 8.7. Can you withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data?

You can withdraw the consent you have given us to process your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of our processing based on your consent granted before its withdrawal. 8.8. Complaint to the supervisory authority :

If you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place where the alleged infringement occurred. In Poland, the supervisory authority under the GDPR is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, which replaced the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (GIODO) as of 25 May 2018. 1. General information:

When browsing webpages, "cookies", hereinafter referred to as "Cookies", are used, i.e. small text information which is stored in your terminal equipment in connection with using the Website. Their use is aimed at proper functioning of the websites. These files allow us to identify the software used by you and adapt the Website individually to your needs.
